1. 产品概述

PDF温度记录仪是杭州西府科技有限公司专门针对医药、疫苗、血液、冷链物流、食品、化工、农业、气象、畜牧等行业开发的一款产品。

1. General

The PDF temperature data logger was designed specifically for medical industry, vaccine, blood, cold-chain logistics, food, chemical industry, agriculture, metrology and animal husbandry by Hangzhou Xifu Technology Co., LTD.

The PDF temperature logger is completely waterproof (IP65), yet light and comfortable, can works nearly anywhere.

There’s no need to install driver program when use it. You can plug the logger directly into the computer USB port. The computer can generate PDF or EXCEL report automatically. Meanwhile, the report has been encrypted in order to ensure the data is complete and reliable.

2. 产品特点

（1）IP65防水设计，体积超薄小巧，可相容与任何场合。

（2）免驱动安装，插入USB接口，自动生成PDF/EXCEL格式的报告，支持Win XP/7/8/10，Mac等多种系统。

（3）严格的加密技术生成不可篡改的报告，保证数据的真实性、安全性，符合PDF/A标准。

（4）客户通过软件自行配置各种参数（后面升级），比如上、下限值，记录间隔，延时启动等。

（5）记录仪的容量标准为14400组，支持扩容。

（6）报告内容包含数据报表、曲线、MKT值、记录间隔、记录天数等内容。报告支持中文简体、中文繁体、英文等。

（7）支持Mark点功能（最多支持8个Mark点）。

（8）报告文件生成快，导出14400组数据，生成加密的PDF文件只需要30秒左右。

（9）食品级塑封袋，符合食品级应用场所。

（10）镀金、无铅喷漆等工艺，保证产品的品质。

（11）通过±30kV静电ESD测试，保证了产品使用的可靠性。

（12）PDF记录仪在低温环境下（-20℃~-30℃）能正常工作，导出文件正常。低温环境下，PDF记录仪，9分钟记录间隔至少可使用90天。

2. Product features

(1)Completely waterproof (IP65). Light and comfortable. Work nearly anywhere.

(2)Without driver program installation. Plug the logger directly into the UBS port and generate PDF or EXCEL report automatically. Support multiple operating systems, for example, Mac, Win and XP7/8/9/10.

(3)The report will be encrypted. So, the data is complete and reliable to PDF/A standards.

(4)Users can reset various parameters by software, like upper limit value, lower limit value, time interval, time-delay start. Note: This feature will be upgraded in the new version.

(5)The standard capacity is 14400 sets for the logger. But later, users can enlarge the capacity.

(6)The report contains datasheet, curve, MKT value, time interval and the number of days. The report supports simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese and English.

(7)It supports Mark-Point function up to 8 points.

(8)It takes only about 30 seconds to export 14400 sets data and generate encrypted PDF or EXCEL reports.

(9)The plastic-sealed bags are food grade, so it has been extensively used in the fields of food.

(10)By using the gold-plated and lead-free spray paint, the quality of loggers can be therefore guaranteed.

(11)By electrostatic ESD test at ±30kV, the reliability of loggers can be therefore guaranteed.

(12)The PDF data logger can work normally in low temperature environment(-20℃~-30℃). And that, It can be used for at least 90 days with 9 minutes recording interval at low temperature.
